Penderyn have made the prestigious Forbes website for the 3rd time in as many months. Felipe Schrieberg is one of their foremost Whisky journalists, and he made us one of his ‘Top 10 Whiskies of 2018’.
Felipe wrote – ‘
I love this Welsh distillery. I love the custard fruity character of its spirit that is evident in all of its releases. Penderyn’s newest addition to its core range is no exception. Thick and bursting with gorse and fruit aromas, it is aged in bourbon casks but then has further maturation in ex-wine casks. Currently, you can only buy it directly from the distillery shop but I hope it will become easier to find soon.’
