This is an exceptionally rare bottling from our earlier years of distillation. The maturation in an ex-bourbon cask allows the smooth elegance of our exceptionally light and fruity distillate to shine through. Cask 2/2006, bottled at a cask strength of 56.8 abv and yielding 148 bottles. It was distilled in 2006 and bottled 2019.

Tasting Notes
Nose: A mixture of fresh fruits, apples and pears with sweet vanilla.
Palate: A smooth, sweet and creamy mouth feel with spice notes, together with warm sticky toffee pudding, tangy wood and malt.
Finish: More perfumed fruits but malt the most persuasive flavour.
